For me, it hasn’t been that hard to ignore C. Breezy’s musical output since “the incident”. It’s not that I can’t forgive or let the brother move on, it’s just that every time I’m all set consider his past all water under the bridge, he says, does or tweets something incredibly asinine that serves as a tragic reminder that he is still the entitled, short-tempered, immature numb nut that we were suddenly introduced to on that fateful Grammy Night Eve.
Personal issues aside, his new collaboration with superstar DJ/producer Benny Benassi is an undeniable jam… and it will more than likely be unavoidable soon enough. Chris kinda started this recent trend of R&B dudes doing dance music and this new track, rumored to be featured on his forthcoming album F.A.M.E., is a more mature, smoothed out version of his initial europop-lite hit “Forever”. A peak hour, hands in the air summer club anthem in the making, “Beautiful People” will definitely make it hard to ignore ol’ Beatdown Brown when he’s coming with house grooves as irresistible as this. Ugh, d*mn you Chris—- and Benny, what? Ya couldn’t give this track to Ne-Yo? Usher? H*ll, I’m sure Jay Sean or Taio Cruz woulda snatched it up!

Oh, and I’ve had this on repeat the entire time I was writing this post, so I guess it kinda really is my jam… sorry RiRi.
